The seller

The product

The kit is a set of digital files (Word, PDF and Excel) in Arabic and English, delivered by download link once payment is confirmed. The contents of each edition are described on the home page.

Nature of the content

The files are general compliance templates linked to the Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations. They are not legal advice and do not guarantee your organisation's compliance. Filling them in, applying them and reviewing them remains the organisation's responsibility.

Licence

The Starter and Complete editions are licensed to one legal entity, and the Multi-Entity edition to a maximum of five entities under common ownership. You may edit the files, use them internally, and make them available to your employees and customers in the form applied to your organisation. You may not resell or distribute the files as templates.

Payment

Payment is made through the Amen platform. Amen may add a service fee, shown before you complete payment. Amen holds the amount until the deal is closed, under its own terms.

Delivery

The download link appears as soon as payment is confirmed and is sent to your email. The link is valid for 14 days and for a limited number of downloads, and you can request a new link by writing to us.

Refunds

You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the files are faulty, do not open, or do not match the description, through the contact page or by opening a dispute on Amen. Because the product is digital and delivered instantly, refunds are not accepted simply for a change of mind after downloading.
