Who we are

The controller of your data is Hasana (Abdullah Alharthi, freelance document no. FL-179078074). For anything about your data, use the contact page.

The data we collect and why

We collect directly from you when you buy: your name, mobile number, email address and the edition you chose. We use them to perform the purchase contract: registering the deal on Amen, sending the download link, and answering your questions and refund requests. We do not use them for marketing unless you give separate consent.

We do not collect your card details; you enter them directly in the payment form provided by Amen and its payment provider.

We count visits to the website anonymously: we use no cookies and keep no IP addresses, and record only the page, where the visit came from, the country and the device type, to learn how visitors find us and improve the site.

Who we share it with

• Amen: your name and mobile number, to create the deal and process the payment.
• Email delivery provider: your email address and name, to send the download link.
• Hosting provider (Cloudflare): to run the website and store order data.

Some of these services may process data outside the Kingdom, as permitted by the Law and the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer.

Retention

We keep order data for as long as the deal is being carried out and as needed afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations, then we destroy it.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to request its correction or destruction, and to withdraw your consent. Write to us and we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to file a complaint with the competent authority.
